Trustd is a product operated by Flintr Technologies (“Flintr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Trustd platform, website (trustd.shop), and Android application.

Account information (required): email, name, and profile picture obtained via Google OAuth or email sign-up. Used to create and secure your account.
Shop & catalog content: shop name, bio, products, prices, descriptions, and images you upload. Used to render your storefront.
Order data: buyer name, shipping address, phone number, email (optional), and items ordered. Used to fulfil orders. Stored on your seller account.
Reviews: rating, testimonial, reviewer name, optional Instagram handle, and email/phone used solely for verification.
Payment data: processed directly by Razorpay or Stripe. We do not store card numbers or banking credentials. We retain transaction IDs and payout status only.
Device & usage data: browser/OS type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and in-app analytics (page views, clicks).
Push notification token (optional): used only to deliver order and account notifications.
Photos & media (optional): images you choose to upload from your device for product listings or your profile.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

With sellers: When a buyer places an order, their name, contact details, and order information are shared with you as the seller to fulfil the order.

Service providers: We share data with trusted vendors (cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics) who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or a government authority.

Business transfers: If Flintr Technologies is involved in a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
